1935 – Metropole Building, 95-101 Donegall Street, Belfast

Known as the Metropole Building. A fine building in the Art Deco style and which addresses a corner very successfully. The building haf bold detailing and with its stark black and white colour schemes, yet was still qute simple. Demolished over the weekend of 17-18th October 2015 by the UNiversity of Ulster.
