1930 – Balfour Apartments, Regina, Saskatchewan
Architect: Storey & Van Egmond

This apartment building was the largest (98 units) and tallest in the province until 1955, and the first to be equipped with self-operated elevators. A tearoom and restaurant located on the main floor catered to residents and the public in the first few years after its opening.
