1929 – Rossmore Apartments, 80 Roslyn Road,Winnipeg

Originally a single large home on the site, the original house of 1905 is the rear of this Georgian style apartment building. The 1929 frontage was designed by local architects Edward Parkinson and James H. Halley and built at a cost of about $100,000.
