1929 – Former Public House, Victoria Quay, Dublin

Former Noel Leonards pub, and before that Timmons, and prior to that Cusack’s, famously the closest bar to Guinness. Closed for many years, the property was sold to Diageo for expansion of their Victoria Quay property.
