1926 – St. Patrick’s Church, Valour Rd., Winnipeg
Architect: Edgar Prain
Small Anglican church built to a budget – the canted buttresses are lath and stucco. Designed in an English Arts and Crafts style with half‐timbered wood. The keystone is from the original building. Later additions included stained glass by Leo Mol. Disestablished in 2002, it has been converted into a house. With its dormered windows breaking through the roof edge, it’s very similar to another church by the same architect, St. John’s Presbyterian Church on Bannerman, completed in 1928.
