1925 – Musicmaker, No. 29 Exchequer Street, Dublin
Architect: T.J. Cullen
Long established Dublin institution with a unique and memorable shopfront, a polychromatic brick and stone banded arcaded façade. The floor above is similarly banded but with paired segmental headed window openings. The top floor has round headed windows with a stone cornice above, with brick parapet.
