Congregation formed in 1902, the church was designed circa 1913 but not built until 1923 because of World War I. The foundation stone was laid by Kate Booth, whose father William founded the Salvation Army. Opened on 5th Jan 1924. Built to the same design as Ballysillan and First Dromore Presbyterian churches, all derived from Samuel Stevenson’s design for Dublin Road Presbyterian church. Window surrounds and quoins are sandstone with plain finished face. Closed in 2010 due to a falling number of congregation members.
