Built for Francesc Moragas i Barret, Director General of La Caixa de Pensions, for office annex to their main building next door, and with upmarket living acommodation above. The main façade combines rounded corners and the central body with battlements and gothic decoration. This façade has sculptural ornamentation attributed to Eusebi Arnau.
