Former public house rebuilt after the Easter Rising of 1916. Known as the Horse & Tram, and part of the Mooney chain of pubs for many years. The Mooney pubs almost always featured a fine clock on the exterior. Street level facade reminiscent of the works of the Wide Streets Commission with three round-headed openings.
