1916 – Star of the Sea Church, Portstewart, Co. Derry
Designed in an Irish Romanesque style and constructed of the local black basalt with yellow sandstone trim. The three-bay front with a central gabled bay uses the sandstone to decorative effect, arcades of smaller arches at gallery level flank the central wheel window. The belfry stage of the short tower is also finished in sandstone.
