Architect: Darling & Pearson

Now a branch of Birks. Listed on the Registry of Historical Places of Canada. Darling & Pearson were almost a house architect for the Canadian Bank of Commerce, designing dozens of branches across Canada for the financial institution. The larger branches or regional offices were usually in a very imposing stone-clad classical style .with smaller branches finished in brick and cement details
