1913 – Winning Design for City Hall, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan

The winning entry in an architectural competition to design a new city hall. At the time Moose Jaw had a population of approximately 25,000. while the scheme called for allowance for future growth to a city of 50,000. Never constructed, instead the city took over a former feceral building designed to house a post office, Royal Canadian Mounted Police station and other government offices in 1965.
