An Attractive Building Architecturally, this structure embodies many of the most Desirable Features of the Type.
Reproduced herewith are a perspective and typical floor plan of the Fountain Court Apartments, \Winnipeg, for which Mr. H.G. Holman is the architect. The floor plan is typical of both wings and all the floors of the building, with the exception of the basement. The basement contains six suites at the rear corresponding approximately to suites B, C and D as shown. The construction of the building is of wood floor and joist, brick bearing and fire walls on concrete footings. Each suite is isolated and all floors are insulated.


The street and court fronts of the exterior are laid up in tapestry brick with stucco panels and brick ornament. The plinth course is of moulded stone and the cornice of metal.


The equipment of each suite is very complete and includes inter-communicating phones, vacuum cleaning apparatus, gas and electric cooking ranges, screened balconies, etc.


The length of the building is 190 feet and the depth 120 feet.
