Built to a design of James Franklin Fuller as part of the J.H. Webb & Co. premises on Cornmarket between 1909-1910. With its large area of glazing and a toplit roof, the interior is quite airy and bright. The facade cleverly deals with the steeply dropping site. Now one one of the largest studio complexes in Dublin housing 24 studios for visual artists, along with a multi-purpose space for the arts.
