1909 – Warwick Apartments, Central Park, Winnipeg
Architect: William Wallace Blair
A five-storey stone and brick building designed by architect William Wallace Blair, originally from Ireland, and constructed between 1908 and 1909 at a cost of about $150,000. Containing sixty-eight apartments in its original configuration, it was designed for upmarket apartment living with large balconies facing the park.
