Designed for a financial service company and used until they moved to a new building on nearby 55 Donald Street in 1964. Finished externally in cream terra cotta and designed in the form of a small classical temple. Originally flanked by the Northern Bank and the Federal Building / Post Office, now the sole remaining heritage building in two blocks of Portage Avenue from Garry Street to Main Street. It is now a municipally-designated historic site. and has been used for a variety of purposes.
