1909 – Grosvenor Court, 161 Stafford Street, Winnipeg

Sited at the crossroads of Stafford Street and Grosvenor Avenue, one of a collection of small commercial buildings at the junction providing a social and commercial hub for the residential neighbourhood around it. This three-storey brick, stone, and stucco structure was designed by Winnipeg architect John Danley Atchison in a vaguely Tudor Revival inspired design. The original design (illustrated) included more commercial units along the Stafford Street façade, and the original second floor residential suites were converted into offices in the 1980s. Still a mixed use building today.
