Architect: John M. Lyle
A member of the Society of Beaux-arts Architects, and previously an associate with the New York firm of Carrère and Hastings, John M. Lyle submitted this quite modest Beaux-Arts design for a new head office for the Bank of Toronto. The commission was won by Carrère & Hastings.
