1908 – Tayanglet, Brennanstown Rd., Foxrock, Co. Dublin
Architect: Clare & Ross

Designed by G.E. Clare of Finsbury, an architect who specialised in domestic architecture in concrete.
“This house was built in a charming suburb of Dublin on an elevated site that overlooks the Irish Sea. It was built of 9-inch cement concrete walls reinforced with steel, the material for concrete being obtained in the locality. The light steel skeleton was erected before the concrete was filled in. The roof is covered with plain tiles. A small stable adjoins. The total cost was about1,600.” The Architect, June 12, 1908.
