Now the Hotel St. Paul. This building was built after the new municipal bill of 1901 that limits commercial skyscraper’s height at 10 floors or 130 feet. Designed in the classical tripartite fashion with a distinct plinth or lower floors, a shaft of repeated floors, and a capital of a more decorative top.
