Long narrow building with two fronts – one of Notre Dame Avenue and the other on Garry Street behind. Constructed in 1908 for the Argyle Land Company. Designed for multiple uses, the first two floors were commercial or office space with small residential apartments on the top two. The upper floors have four small lightwells to admit natural light into the residential rooms.
