1907 – Traders Bank Apartments, Yonge Street, Toronto

The building originally housed a branch of the Trader’s Bank of Canada, along with retail shops on the ground floor, dentist and doctors’ offices on the second floor, and luxury apartments on the upper floors. Later known as the Royal Bank Apartments after the demise of the Traders Bank. Demolished in the mid 1970s.
