1906 – Tees and Persse Building, 315 William Avenue, Winnipeg
Architect: James H. Cadham
Now subsumed into the RRC Polytech complex, this six-storey brick building was built between 1905 and 1906. Finished in an unusual dark brick, Winnipeg warehouse buildings tending to be in a yellow stock brick, with the usual stone trimmings.
