1906 – Hutchings House, 424 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg
Architect: Wardell & Nichols
Residence for Elisha F. Hutchings, Wellington Crescent, 1906-07 and illustrated in the Western Architect May 1908. The architects were a shortlived partnership of Lindsay Alexander Wardell (1879-1962) and H.J. Nichols. Sadly now missing its entrance porch, and the side porch is in increasingly poor condition.
