1905 – Morse House, 515 Wellingon Crescent, Winnipeg
Architect: John J. Wangenstein
Constructed as the home of local businessman Frank Morton Morse (1861-1931). He initially hired J.H.G. Russell in 1902 as the local supervising architect for the commission, but the plans came from Duluth, and are credited to John J. Wangenstein (1858-1942) in the Western Architect of May 1908, Later the Canadian Mennonite Bible College, since demolished.
