1905 – Jansen House, 68 Yale Avenue, Winnipeg
Architect: Herbert B. Rugh
Constructed for businessman John P. Jansen (1879-1919). For a number of years, 1927 to 1942, it operated as a small private school for girls and boys called Wellington House School. Returned to living accommodation thereafter and remains a family home today.
