1905 – Bandstand, Central Park, Winnipeg

Central Park is one of Winnipeg’s earliest public parks, with the city purchasing the land from the Hudson’s Bay Company for $20,000 in 1893. The bandstand was added in 1905, with further improvments including railings and fountain following over the next decade.
