1904 – Robinson, Little and Company Building, 54 Arthur Street, Winnipeg
Architect: James H. Cadham
In conjunction with its neighbouring building, the Whitla Building, sometimes known as the Silpit Building after a common owner in the 1950s. Almost atypical of the buildings in the Exchange District in that it was constructed as one project, and not later extended upwards or sideways. Like so many, it is finished in the stock yellow brick with massive stone sills and lintels.
