1904 – Firehall No.3, Maple Avenue, Winnipeg
Architect: Alexander & William Melville
One of a collection of similar firehalls constructed by Scottish-born architects Alexander & William Melville. The prominent tower was to dry hoses, fire fighting equipment was stored on the ground level, with bedrooms, common room, and offices for firefighters above. Closed in 1995, before becoming the Fire Fighters Museum of Winnipeg in 1999.
