Charles Stanley Peach was born in 1858 and trained in the office of Hugh Roumieu Gough and commenced independent practice at Carlton Chambers, Regent Street, London in 1884, moving to Warwick Square, south-west London in 1921. He developed an extensive practice and continued working until his death on 20 July 1934.
