1902 – Cathedral Buildings, Donegall Street, Belfast
Architect: Blackwood & Jury
Probably an early building by Blackwood & Jury as stylistic of some of their later work. Constructed for tea merchant F.R. Lepper in 1901-02. Attractively designed with banded red brick and sandstone gables facing the street, and groupings of windows narrowing as the building rises. Destroyed by an arson fire in October 2022 and since extensively restored.
