Sadly much altered. “This hotel, which has just been built, is from the designs of Mr. Richard Hall, architect, Bangor, N.W. The building is faced with Ruabon red bricks with terracotta dressings. The roofs are covered with green slates. The builder is Sir. William Parry, of Bangor.” Published in The Building News, March 5 1901.
