“This building is in the course of construction at Blackpool, at a cost of about £.1,000. The whole of the dressings are of Mr. Edwards’ Ruabon red terracotta, the bricks being supplied by the same firm. Mr. Herbert Wade is the architect, and Messrs. Hilton are the contractors.” The Buildings News, January 5 1899.
