Corner commercial premises with large glazed areas on the side elevation (now largely blocked up). Some of the external detailing may date post-1916. Previously a department store belonging to Edward Lee & Co., who had stores here, Bray, Rathmines, Dun Laoghaire, and a smaller shop in Tyrrellspass, Co. Westmeath.
