1896 – 58-60 Lower North St., Belfast, Co. Antrim

Architect: Watt (Graeme) & Tulloch

garfieldstreet

Curving along Lower Garfield Street, this fine building has been derelict for many years. The building has some decorative architectural features – the scrollwork door surround on the ground floor and the broken pediment to the top floor are worthy of note. The building has a quite tall second floor. In 2016, some renovation to prevent further decay has taken place.
