Garrison NCO Mess standing apart from the main ranges of the former Marlborough Barracks. Known as McKee Barracks since 1926, the plans were prepared by Royal Engineers Dept, cand arried out under supervision of Robert Barklie, who was from Larne, Co. Antrim.
