Howard Hoppin was a Providence RI based architect. Hoppin was president of the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Institute of Architects from 1891 to 1893 and 1910 to 1912. He designed the Rhode Island School of Design, Central High School, Christian Science Church, and Caswell Hall at Brown University, all in Providence. Published in the American Architect and Building News, January 12 1889.
