1886 – Rowand Block / Canada Life Building, 441 Main Street, Winnipeg
Architect: C. Osborn Wickenden / Darling & Pearson
At the corner of Portage and Main, and demolished in 1974 to make way for the Trizec development. Originally constructed as a three storey building in 1886, but extended to five floors by Darling & Pearson in 1902.
