Design by Douglas & Fordham around 1886, replacing an earlier church of 1841, but not built until 1891–92. Built with a cruciform plan of a long nave and north aisle of five bays, short high chancel and transepts, and square tower to crossing. The south transept is used as the vestry and the north transept contains a small chapel. Grade II listed.
