1886 – London & County Bank, Kensington, London
Architect: Alfred Williams
Wonderfully ornate bank constructed on Kensington High Street finished in red sandstone and brick. From 1939 it was the Westminster Bank, and then later the National Westminster Bank. It stood empty for a while, and at some point was converted into a wine bar / restaurant. Illustration published in The Builder, September 11 1884
