Architect: William Kaye-Parry

Designed to be constructed behind the Royal Irish Academy of Music on Westland Row by William Kaye-Parry, whose offices were also on Westland Row at this time. Submitted after an advertisement for designs, deemed to be the winning entry after adjudication by Sir Thomas Drew. Published in The Irish Builder, December 15 1880. Not constructed.
