Architect: Alfred B. Mullett
Design for a Federal building containing Custom House, Court House and Post Office. Most of Mullett’s plan was constructed with a simpler roofline. The eventual building was constructed largely to the design of James B. Hill. Alfred B. Mullett’s design was an overblown Second Empire style. Published in The Builder, January 11th 1873.
