Perspective view including ground plan of design for G.F. Wilbraham esq. and published in The Building News, November 14th 1873. “This house has recently been erected by George F. Wilbraham, Esq., of Delamere House, Cheshire, as a residence for the agent of his estate, on the site of an old mansion which was pulled down some years ago. It is wholly built of brick, special made bricks from Staffordshire being used for windows, doors, and chimneys. The roof is covered with hard-pressed rod tiles. The work was carried out by Mr. R. Beckett, of Hartford.”
