1870 – 42 Grafton Street, Dublin

Redeveloped by Mitchell in 1870 for Rathborne’s as a shop and billiards room. The ground floor shop facade was originally a tripartite arrangement with a large window flanked by two doorways, one into the premises, and one to upstairs.
