1870 – Former Warehouse, 82 North Wall Quay, Dublin
Attached gable-fronted three-storey warehouse, three-bay front and eight-bay east side elevation. The former 19th century warehouse grouping was acquired and entended into a boutique hotel. Designed by ODOS Architects, the hotel included the restoration of the early 19th century building at 81 North Wall Quay back to its former use as a pub.
