Proposal to build a new street running through Trinity College from Nassau Street to Moss Street. The design seems to show metal arched spans on stone piers. William Aher (1816–89), worked in Ireland, England, and also in India, where he was engineer in charge of a district on the Great Indian Peninsula Railway.
