1835 – Hilton Park Dovecote, Clones, Co. Monaghan

An interesting feature of the Hilton estate is the vast tower over a gateway into the farm yard to the rear of the house. This dovecote with its medieval appearance is at odds with the Italian palazzo of the main house.
