A terrace with original Wide Street Commissioners shopfronts at ground level, this building was largely rebuilt during the 1970s – atone point only the facade to Eden Quay was intact. Similar shopfronts can be seen on this Quay, on the opposite Burgh Quay, and other isolated sites in the city. Interesting plaster crest of the Dublin Steam Packet on main façade. Some restoration work carried out in 1915 by W.H. Byrne & Son.
