1824 – General Post Office, Cork
Architect: Thomas Deane

Built in 1824 for the Cork Savings Bank and designed by local architect Thomas Deane on Pembroke Street. This later became the General Post Office for Cork after the bank moved to it new palatial banking hall in 1839. It is now the site of the present GPO.
