1750s – House, Market Street, Trim, Co. Meath
A once fine townhouse with shops inserted at ground level and awful uPVC windows above. The house has a pedimented breakfront with a venetian window on the first floor surmounted by a tripartite segmental window above. Could be a very attractive building as it has an important site facing down Market Street. Old photos show a central pedimented Georgian doorway with flanking windows, and massive chimneys.
